Sri Lanka scored a decent total of 253 for 6 from their allotted 50 overs against Afghanistan in the Arise Asia Cup tournament on Monday at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.
Kumar Sangakkara was the top scorer with 76 runs while skipper Angelo Mathews added an unbeaten 45 runs.
Mirwais Ashraf was the pick of Afghanistan bowler taking two wickets for 29 runs.
