State Minister for Youth and Sports Zahid Ahsan Russell MP on Wednesday for the first time distributed monthly sports allowance among the eighty five insolvent athletes through a programme held on Wednesday at conference room of National Sports Council. The State Minister for youth and Sports will provide a total of Taka two crore and seventy six lac among the 1,150 insolvent athletes as a monthly sports allowance in 2019-20 financial year. The State Minister on Wednesday distributed the monthly sports allowance cheqque to insolvent and poor athletes as a part of this distribution programme.
