Sports keep youngsters away from bad way : Ranga

State Minister for Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Mashiur Rahman Ranga has said sports, exercise and extracurricular activities keep the young people away from bad ways.
“The young generations should regularly practice sports to properly flourishing their physical and mental strengths,” Ranga said at a prize distribution ceremony in the final match of the second Inter-Rangpur Prize Money Football Tournamant-2016 here on Friday evening as the chief guest.
Munshipara Krira Sangstha (MKS) organised the tournament at Keranipara High School ground with participation of the reputed football clubs of the city.
Tarun Sangha Mistripara Football Club became champions by defeating Nishbetganj Robot Rustam Football Club by 1-0 goal in the final match of the event.
The state minister witnessed the final match and distributed prize-money, crests and medals among the champions and runners up.
Tens of hundreds of spectators of all ages and from all walks in the society enjoyed the highly competitive final match.
With Chairman of the Tournament Organising Committee AKM Abdur Rouf Manik in the chair, noted cultural personality Kazi Md Junnon, former President of Raja Ram Mohan Club Monwar Hossain and Administrative Officer of Sonic Prime Group Aminul tended the prize distribution ceremony as special guests.
