Speaker of the Jatiya Sangsad Dr. Shirin Sharmin Chowdhury on Thursday said that there is no place of communalism in the country.
People of all religions have to work unitedly for building a developed, prosperous and non-communal Bangladesh, she said.
The Speaker was addressing a Puja Mandop at Banani in the city as the chief guest during her visit yesterday evening, organized by Sarbajanin Puja Parishad-2015.

attended the function as the special guest, while Gulshan-Banani Sarbajanin Puja Parishad President Subash Chandra Ghosh and General Secretary Sudhangsu Kumar Dash also spoke.
Dr. Shirin Sharmin said we have to build Bangladesh a welfare state imbued with the spirit of religious fraternity.
