Jatiya Sangsad Speaker and Chairperson of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Executive Committee Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury returned to the country on Thursday night after participating in a workshop on international trade for the lawmakers in Singapore.
The workshop was held from May 15 to 17, said an official release here on Friday.
Senior Secretary of the Parliament Secretariat Dr M Abdur Rab Hawlader along with senior officials received the Speaker at the Shahjalal International Airport.
