Jatiya Sangsad Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury left here on Wednesday for Paris to join an international conference on Rohingya crisis at the invitation of the French Parliament, according to anofficial release.
The convention tilted “International Conference on the Rohingya’ssituation in Myanmar and Bangladesh” is scheduled to be held in the Frenchcapital on June 1.
During the meeting, the Speaker will exchange her views with the concernedexperts on the Rohingya crisis.
High official of the parliament secretariat, including Senior Secretary Abdur Rab Hawlader, were present at the Shahjalal International Airport to see off the Speaker.
