Speaker of Jatiya Sangsad Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury arrived in New Delhi on Sunday noon for joining the oath taking ceremony of Prime Minister-designate Narendra Modi.
The Speaker will attend the oath taking ceremony today on behalf of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at the Indian President House.
She is expected to call on the newly elected Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday morning and Indian President Pranab Mukherjee during her visit.
All heads of the government of South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) will join the ceremony.
