Top orders shined as Prime Bank South Zone dominated the first day scoring 272 for 2 in 70 overs at stumps against Islami Bank East Zone in final round four-day match of 3rd Bangladesh Cricket League held on Sunday at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong.
M Mithun and Shahriar Nafees were on the crease with 88 and 79 runs as the stumps were drawn for the day.
The match was reduced to 73 overs following unplayable condition of ground due to rain in the morning.
