UNB, Jhalakati :
A man was hit to death allegedly by his son over a family feud at Rola village in Rajapur upazila on Monday morning.
The deceased was identified as Sirajul Hoque, 65, of the village. Quoting locals, police said Sirajul had a tiff with his son Kamal Hossain, 36 over a family matter around 7am.
At one stage, Kamal hit his father in the head with a stick, leaving him critically injured.
Sirajul was rushed to Rajapur Upazila Health Complex where the on-duty doctor declared him dead.
A case was filed in this connection.
