Noted film actor Sohel Rana generally does not work in TV play. But if he likes any story of the play then he agrees to work. Recently he worked in a TV serial. He is acting in a mega serial titled CID, which is being made to telecast on ATN Bangla. Sohel Rana is playing the role of DIG in the serial, which is being directed by Shafiqul Islam.
While talking about his acting in the serial Sohel Rana told this correspondent, “In fact, I do not work in TV play or serial normally. If I like any story then I agree to work. Now I often listen that due to budget good plays are not being made. For this reason, quality of plays is being deteriorated now. To improve the quality, budget should be increased. I am acting in role of DIG in the serial. I hope it will become a nice work at last and viewers will enjoy watching this serial.”
