Noted film actor Sohel Rana has been hospitalised with Covid-19. Sohel Rana’s younger brother, film actor Masum Parvez Rubel confirmed the news yesterday.
Rubel said, “Sohel Rana Bhai is currently undergoing treatment at the
hospital for three days after being diagnosed with Covid-19. Please pray for him.” The Masud Rana famed actor, Sohel Rana was staying at his house prior to the outbreak of the pandemic. He was supposed to start shooting for a movie but somehow it didn’t work out later.
Sohel Rana produced country’s first Liberation War based movie Ora Egaro Jon and was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Film Awards, among other accolades.
