Trinamool Congress candidate, popular Bengali actor Soham Chakraborty has won the West Bengal Assembly elections from Chandipur constituency, India.
According to the Indian newspaper Sangbad Pratidin, Soham Chakraborty has won the Chandipur constituency.
Apart from Soham, Kanchan Mallick, Chiranjit Chakraborty, Jun Malia, Raj Chakraborty, Aditi Munshi, Manoj Tiwari, Lovely Mitra and Indranil Sen from the Trinamool Congress have privately become MPs.
Meanwhile, Saini Ghosh, Sayantika Banerjee, and Kaushani Mukherjee have lost who also fight under the banner of Trinamool Congress.
