Foundation stone for the multi-storied building of Diabetic Hospital in Saidpur was laid on Friday afternoon. Social Welfare Minister Nuruzzaman Ahmed MP unveiled the foundation stone as Chief Guest.
President of Saidpur Diabetic Association Prof. Dr. Abu Ahmed Murtuza Presided over the ceremony with his constructive welcome speech.
Social Welfare Minister Nuruzzaman Ahmed said, Sheikh Hasina’s government needs life time. There is no alternative to continue the continuation of the developmental progress of Bangladesh.
The multi-storied building of Saidpur Diabetic Hospital is going to be built on 1.5 acres of land at its own place in Sultan Nagar Area, named as the donor of 1 acre of land, Sultan Uddin Pramanik. He has voluntarily donated the land for the Diabetic Hospital 25 years ago in the year 1994. Later, more than 57 Decimal of land was purchased by the Association. Sultan Uddin Pramanik, Jamiul Haq Dulal, the Founder Chairman of Lions School & College, Saidpur with some other respectable persons of Saidpur that time had dreamt of today’s Diabetic Hospital. So after a long run process their dream is going to be fulfilled through the Foundation Laying Ceremony.
