The 7th annual Social Business Day (SBD), a platform to network and learn from social business leaders from all over the globe, will be held here in Social Business Convention Centre at Zirabo, Savar on July 28-29.
Nobel Laureate Prof Muhammad Yunus will host the event with the theme “Can Wealth
Concentration Be Stopped?” to discuss and celebrate the concept of social business through a series of interactive panel sessions and workshops. Global social leaders, entrepreneurs and academics will participate in the event, according to Yunus Centre.
This year the host aims to make Social Business Day bigger and better and they will inaugurate the newly established Social Business Convention Centre (SBCC) in Zirabo, Savar, Dhaka, which will be the new home of Social Business Day. There will also be a meeting of the Social Business Academia Network on July 30 in order to prepare for our Social Business Academia Conference 2017 in Paris which will take place in November.
