The Integrated action plan for building social movement to prevent drug abuse organized by Upazila Administration and Narcotics Control Department Moulvibazar in Zila Parishad Auditorium on Thursday .Selim Sarkar, Company Commander of 48 Alinagar BGB, gave such information in his speech while participating in a workshop on preparation.
He said in his speech, bordering Kulaura upazila there are several smugglers involved in smuggling in Prithimpasha Union. Among them are Sumon Mia, son of Hussain Ali of Amuli village and Akhter, son of Raich Ali of Alinagar village. Hossain, Zayed Ali of the same village. He sought the help of the administration in taking strict action to arrest them. He demanded the formation of a task force if necessary. In addition to these three godfathers, among the smugglers They are Masum son of Gauch Ali of Shikaria village, Jasim of Amuli village, Sharmin Mia and Monai son of Monir Hossain of South Ganakia village, Dudhu Mia and Tofel Mia son of Chandu Mia of Gankia village and Salam, son of Lalon Miah of the same village, Ashiq, Jasim of Dashteki village, Ahad Ali of Dhalia village, Shamim, Junaid, Tajul and many others. He added that there was a recent influx of illegal immigrants, including Rohingya, across the Prithimpasha Border CNG driver Farid, Abdul Sattar’s son Kalam Mia and Siddique Mia’s son Arjad Ali have been arrested and handed over to police for their alleged involvement in the incident. Many infiltrations including Rohingyas have taken place through them in the last one month.
