Recipes: Smoked Salmon and Prawn Fishcake

Ingredients :
1 kg smoked raw salmon
500gms peeled raw tiger prawns, chopped
2 kg boiled crushed potatoes
500gms chopped leeks, soft
1 bunch chervil/chives
Polenta for coating
Method:
Mix all ingredients and roll into 160gms then roll in the polenta and shape into discs.
Cooked then on a pan, serve with tartare sauce and mixed leaves.
