Promising singer Smaran and Close up 1 singer Rashed have recently lent their voices in an original song titled Bahana, composed by popular singer and music director Sabbir Zaman. Jibak Barua penned the lyrics.
The recording of Bahana was done recently and now it is taking arrangement for making its a music video.
Working in the music industry for more than five years as a music director, Sabbir Zaman initially planned the song keeping in mind the melody-oriented singing skills of Rashed. But he later brought in Smaran for the song.
While talking in this regard Sabbir said, “At the beginning, only Rashed was in my mind. But, I included Smaran in my plan later. Rashed has done justice to the song and so is Smaran. Smaran is a wonderful singer and she has a bright future in the music industry. I am optimistic that the duo’s performance will win hearts of the audience.”
Rendering an original song with Smaran for the first time, Rashed told this correspondent, “Bahana is a beautiful song. Sabbir tuned it nicely. Some songs create hype in the mind of the singers. The song ‘Bahana’ has been just like that. It was the first time I sang an original song with Smaran. I hope we can collaborate more in the future.”
Smaran shared her feelings by this way, “I would like to express my gratitude to Sabbir Zaman for including me in such a beautiful and melodious song. A wonderful song is a blessing to a singer. I hope the audience will like my singing with Rashed Bhai. The song will be released on a YouTube channel soon after the completion of its music video.”
