The 232nd meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) held in the city recently.
The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Bank A. K. Azad where 13 percent cash dividend for the shareholders for the year ended 31st December 2015 recommended.
Among others Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mohammad Younus and Abdul Barek, Directors Akkas Uddin Mollah, Anwer Hossain Khan, Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Mohiuddin Ahmed, Khandoker Sakib Ahmed, Abdul Halim, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, M. Shamsul Huq (Representative of Anwer Khan Modern Hospital Ltd.), were present in the meeting.
