Sixteenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Dhaka Insurance Ltd. was held in the city recently. Chairman of the company, Hamida Rahman, Founder Chairman Fazlur Rahman, Directors AKM Kamruzzaman, Biswajit Saha, M. Mofizul Islam and Managing Director and CEO AQM Wazed Ali were present among others in the meeting. The meeting unanimously approved 12.5 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on 31st December, 2015.
