Mila filed the case on Thursday with Bangladesh Cyber Crime Tribunal and the Judge of the Tribunal Mohammad As-Shams Joglul Hossain recorded the depositions of the complainant. Later, the court asked the Counter Terrorism Cyber Unit of Police to place the probe report on September 16.
Other two accused of the case are SMR Rahman and Khan Al Amin. General Secretary of Dhaka Bar Association Asaduzzaman Khan Rochi conducted the case on behalf of Mila.
Earlier, SM Nasir Uddin, former father-in-law of the singer, filed a case with Uttara West Police Station on June 5, accusing Mila and her assistant Peter Kim of attacking his son SM Parvez Sanjari.
Sanjari was admitted to the Burn and Plastic Surgery of Dhaka Medical College Hospital after reportedly surviving an acid attack carried out by two unidentified miscreants, while riding bike in Uttara Sector-3 on the night of June 2.
He was suspected to have sustained burn injuries about 8-10 percent of his body.
Mila married Sanjari on May 12, 2017, and got separated on May 22, 2018.
