Singapore Airlines has announced the increase in flight frequencies from seven to 10 weekly services on the Dhaka-Singapore route to be operated with the Airbus A330 aircraft. The three additional Dhaka-Singapore-Dhaka flights will operate on Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The flights will depart Singapore at 9:40am and arrive in Dhaka at 11:45am. The return flight will depart Dhaka at 01:25pm and arrive in Singapore at 7:35pm. All timings mentioned are in the respective local times. The three afternoon flights will provide SIA’s customers in Bangladesh with more travel options to connect to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Korea, the USA and Europe. “With 10 flights a week, it will be more convenient than ever to re-visit the places you love and explore the 135 destinations in our group network. The additional frequencies will also provide a boost to the air cargo capacity out of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport”, said TM Wang, Singapore Airlines General Manager Bangladesh.
