Asian Chess: Siam finishes 10th, Zisha 14th

Bangladesh Junior runner-up Ikramul Haqu Siam finished 10th and Zahuratul Zannat Zisha ended on 14th in their respective groups of the Asian Junior and Girls Under-20 Chess Championships that concluded at Tagaytay city of the Philippines on Thursday.
Siam secured four points and Zisha earned 1.5 points from their nine matches.
IM Srinath Narayanan of India bagged unbeaten eight points to clinch the Asian Junior title while in girls section Suede Mikee Charlene of the Philippines won the crown bagging 7.5 points.
In the 9th and last round matches, Siam played draw against Jekutina Jhon Merill of Philippines while Zisha lost to Supriya Joshi of India.
