Shyama Prosad Adhikari, Chief Engineer of Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) and Ataur Rahman Bhuiyan, Managing Director of Toma Construction & Company Limited, exchanging an agreement signing documents for Construction of Khulna Coal Based Power Plant Connecting Road at LGED head office in the city on Monday. High officials from both the organizations were also present.
