Shunte Ki Pao! (Are You Listening!), Kamar Ahmad Simon’s internationally acclaimed creative documentary is scheduled to screen in the prestigious Louxor Theatre in Paris.
Built in 1921, and reopened last year after 25 years of closure, Louxor is now considered as one of the most popular hipster centre for practicing independent thinking, counter-culture and progressive politics amongst the youngsters.
Louxor currently screens either world classics or critically acclaimed world cinemas only.
Kamar has been invited to take part in the question and answer session followed by the screening on May 13, said its director Simon.
After the screening, Kamar is also due to present his first feature script Shonkhodhoni (Silence of the Seashell) in 67th Cannes, which is scheduled to be held from May 14 to 24 at the La Fabrique Les Cinemas du Monde, Simon also said.
