The Ek Villian actor takes her workout sessions very seriously and now has started doing Pilates to stay fit.
Pilates is a type of workout, which requires intense concentration, it improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.
No wonder, Shraddha, who is also a dance freak, chose Pilates.
Shraddha has been religious following her new fitness routine, in fact she starts her Pilates session as early as 6:00am everyday.
The fitness lover, Shraddha Kapoor, is also endorsing a major fitness brand.
