Under the direction of noted film actor Alamgir shooting of movie Ekti Cinemar Golpo started at Floor No 4 of BFDC in the city’s Tejgaon area on September 9. Legendary singer Runa Laila and noted actor Syed Hasan Imam formally inaugurated shooting of the movie.
Director-actor Alamgir, his daughter popular singer Ankhi Alamgir, hero Arifin Shuvo, popular actress of Kolkata Rituporna, two daughters of Ankhi – Sneha and Ariya were also present on the occasion.
Alamgir informed that its shooting will continue till September 30. Champa will act against him in this film. Story, script and dialogue of the movie were also written by Alamgir himself. Asaduzzaman Maznu is giving camera direction.
While talking about the movie Runa Laila said, “Best wishes for the film. By this movie I started a new journey as a music composer in big screen. Gazi Mazharul Anwar wrote lyrics of the song which was rendered by Ankhi Alamgir. Other songs are also nice. I hope overall it will become a nice movie.”
Syed Hasan Imam said, “I have liked story of the movie. As a director, Alamgir is very much examined. I believe it will become a nice film.”
Arifin Shuvo shared his feelings by this way, “For the first time I am going to work with Alamgir Sir in a common under his direction. It is really a great achievement in my film career. I shall try my level best effort to portray my role properly in the movie.”
Rituporna said, “Earlier I worked with Alamgir Sir in a movie. After many years, I am going to work with him. I will act with him in same frame. So I am feeling well. I recalled the memories to act with Razzak Sir and Manna after visiting BFDC after long time.”
