bKash Limited, the largest mobile financial service provider in the country on Wednesday, signed an agreement with the app-based ride sharing company Shohoz Rides, facilitating its passengers and drivers to make and receive payment via bKash.
Mizanur Rashid, Chief Commercial officer of bKash and Maliha Quadir, Founder and Managing Director of Shohoz signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations at the bKash’s head office amid the presence of Mir Nawbut Ali, Chief Marketing Officer of bKash andKousik Bhattacharya, Director-Marketing of Shohoz, along with senior officials of the both organizations, said a press release.
From now onwards, the customers can make their ride payment through bKash from Shohoz Rides app only in 3 steps. The steps include selecting bKash as the payment option and entering bKash account number, verification code and bKash PIN in a secured bKash Payment Interface, at the end of the ride.
By making and accepting bKash payment, both customers and riders will get attractive offers. The bKash-Shohoz partnership is a milestone in the ride sharing industry of Bangladesh. It is expected this simple and hassle-free bKash payment process will make customers’ lives easy as they will not have to solely depend on physical cash for making rides payment.
