Noted play director Shahadat Hossain Sujon directed popular daily soap Jononi ended recently on GTV. In same satellite channel, Sujon directed another daily soap titled Shodh will go on air from March.
This new daily soap was scripted by Ramid Iqbal and produced under the banner of Pothik.
For the first time, popular TV actor Shoeb and actress Farzana Chhoby have performed together in any daily soap under the direction of Shahadat Hossain Sujon.
In the daily soap, Shoeb acted in role of ‘Farhan,’ while Chhoby performed in role of ‘Dolly.’
Shoeb acted in role of brother-in-law in daily soap Shodh. Now shooting of the daily soap is going on at a shooting house in the city’s Uttara area.
While sharing her feelings to perform in the daily soap Shodh, actress Farzana Chhoby told this correspondent, “Two years ago, I had performed with Shoeb bhai in a faction play. For the first time, Shoeb bhai and I are performing in a daily soap under the direction of Sujon bhai. I think this daily soap will be good to watch. Viewers will enjoy the daily soap.”
Actor Shoeb shared his feelings by this way, “Story of daily soap Shodh is absolutely nice. There is specialty in my role in the daily soap. I hope viewers will enjoy it.”
On the other hand, Farzana Chhoby acted TV play titled Atotpor Chibuk-er Kachhe Eka was aired on Bangladesh Television on Friday. In the play, Chhoby’s outstanding performance was appreciated to the viewers.
Meanwhile, Shahadat Hossain Sujon directed daily soap Bishakha is being aired on Boishakhi TV now. From March his directed new daily soap Shodh will air on GTV five days in every week, Sujon said.
