BSS, Dhaka :Shipon of Bangladesh Ansar won gold medal in the 74-kg weight categories on the first day of Walton Mobile 5th Services Wrestling Competition (men’s & women’s) that began on Monday at the Kabaddi Stadium adjoining Paltan ground.Nadim of the same team secured silver medal while Abdus Salam of Border Guard Bangladesh bagged bronze medal in the men’s division event. Besides, the first and second round matches of both men’s and women’s divisions were concluded on the opening day of the meet.Earlier, RB Group executive director SM Zahid Hasan formally inaugurated the two-day meet as the chief guest.
