Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) on Thursday arrested a Shibir man from Baizeed area in the city .
The arrested was identified as Ansar Ali, hailed from Boxnagar area under Baizid thana area. Police, on secret information, arrested Ansar, also wanted in several cases filed for grabbing land and collection of tools, from the said area around 4 pm, said Mohammad Mohsin, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Baizeed police station. He was shown arrested in three cases and sent to the court, the OC added.
