Sheikh Russel Sports Development Academy (SDA) posted an easy five-wicket win over Rayer Bazar Athletic Club to reach the final of the Dhaka First Division Women’s Cricket League at Kalabagan Krira Chakra Ground on Thursday.
Chasing Rayer Bazar’s total of 133 off 30.4 overs, Sheikh Russel SDA reached the winning target in 22.3 overs making 137 for the loss of five wickets.
Tahin Tahera of Sheikh Russel SDA remained unbeaten with 62.
Salma Akter of Rayer Bazar bagged a pair of wickets at the cost of 46 runs, while Shamanta took one wicket for 10 runs.
Earlier, Sohagi of Rayer Bazar top-scored with 30.
Mumta Hena of Sheikh Russel SDA captured four wickets instead of 24 runs, while Rokaiya bagged a couple of wickets for 34 runs.
Tahin Tahera of Sheikh Russel SDA was adjudged the Player of the Match.
