‘Sheikh Kamal IT Training Center to build digital entrepreneurs’

State Minister for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Zunaid Ahmed Palak on Saturday said Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation Center will create digital entrepreneurs.
“Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation Center will create digital entrepreneurs by increasing the speed of non-government investment through the ‘Innovation Ecosystem’ in the country,” he said.
The state minister came up with the remarks at a function as the chief guest on the occasion of establishing the foundation stone of Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation Center in the auditorium of the South Matab Upazila Parishad of Chandpur, a press release said.
State Minister for Planning Shamsul Alam and Chandpur-2 constituency lawmaker Md Nurul Amin Ruhul were present as special guests, among others, on the occasion.
Palak further said Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation Center is a unique gift of Prime Minister for Chandpur dwellers, reports BSS.
Through the implementation of this project, the unemployment will be eliminated, he said, adding that on the other hand, the country’s economy will be benefitted by achieving foreign currency in information technology.
Managing Director of Bangladesh Hi-tech Park Authority Bikarna Kumar Ghosh, Managing Director of Bangladesh Diesel Plant Limited Brigadier General Syed Md Rafiqul Islam, Project Director and Joint Secretary AKM Abdullah Khan, South Upazila Parishad chairman BHM Kovidh Ahmed, Matlab Municipality mayor Awlad Hossain Liton, ICT Division and Local Administration officials concerned were also present.
