Her father was a police official and she was hailed from Dinajpur. Now her parents are not alive. She has achieved her dreams after facing a lot of barriers one after another in her struggling life based career. But her dreams came true, it is her satisfaction. She is Farah Fency. Her journey is to establish herself as an actress though she also wanted to be a singer. But she had keen interest to establish herself as an actress.
Fency started her acting career through theatre group Sattwik. In different times, she acted in theatre plays Nazrul-er Damam Chhele, Plassey Theke Dhanmondi, Ekjon Amena’r Golpo. Her acting in these plays was appreciated by the audience. She also acted in many street plays.
Fency said, “In the way of journey, I always wanted to establish myself as an actress. I strongly believe one day I will establish as a full-fledged actress in media. I have that confidence. I am grateful to them who co-operated me in different times in my journey.”
Born on May 1, Fency acted first TV play was Aniruddha Russell’s Ashroy, which was aired on BTV in 2010. She also acted in Bibesh Roy’s documentary Hason Raja. She is now also engaged with TV commercials. She received training in classical music from Bulbul Lalitakala Academy. She also hosted a show on Joyjatra TV in 2018.
