Popular model and actress Sharlin Farzana has not been seen on the screen for more than a year. Meanwhile, her unreleased movie Unoponchash Batash was supposed to be released but it was delayed. During this time, Sharlin kept herself completely hidden. But this time it became known, the reason for her hiding. Sharlin Farzana tied the knot in a quiet ceremony with businessman, engineer and IT expert Ehsanul Haque at her home in the capital’s Banani area.
According to the actress, she and Ehsanul Haque completed their engagement in September, 2019 and tied the knot in a private ceremony in November of that year. Not only that, on November 23 of that year, with the consent of the two families, had they tied the knot at a restaurant in the city’s Gulshan area.
Seeking blessings, Sharlin said she is happy to have started an important phase of her life with a wonderful person.
Sharlin who first came into the limelight after featuring TV commercials, made her movie debut with Unoponchash Batash, which was scheduled to release in 2019. However, the movie yet not released due to Corona pandemic. Sharlin said she plans to arrange a gathering with close friends in January, 2021.
When contacted with Sharlin Farzana in this regard, she told this correspondent, “To be honest, I am very happy. Everything actually happened suddenly. However, members of our two families and relatives were present. Although we had planned to do everything by organising a big event, it was not done then considering the release of the movie. After that I didn’t think of anything like that because of Corona. However, we have a plan to organise a big get-together with our near and dear ones next January.”
Speaking about returning to acting, Sharlin said, “I really wanted to spend this time on my own, which is why I turned down many job offers. However, I will return to work after next January, if Allah wills.”
