Most of the viewers know Shakila Parvin is a model of music videos. Many singers and music-video makers have keen interest to take Shakila in their works. But Shakila informed that she is now focus on acting rather than performing as a model in music videos of songs. Recently Shakila acted drama Biyainer Biye, which was released on actor Niloy Alamgir’s new YouTube channel. Directed by Adif Hasan, Roshidur Rahman wrote story of the drama. Till now more than 10 lkah viewers watched this drama on YouTube channel. On the page of the channel, around 80
lakh viewers watch this drama.
Shakila is getting response from the viewers in this regard. However, Shakila’s another drama titled Bharatia Boyfriend, directed by Protik Ahmed and scripted by Mohon Ahmed, was also released in same channel. This drama was also viewed by around 6 lakh viewers.
Shakila said that now she is getting many offers for acting in different directors’ dramas. For this reason, she is trying to concentrate in acting. In this regard, Shakila shared her feelings by this way, “I performed as a model in many muisc videos. Still now I get response for many songs. As my dream is to be an actress, so I have concentrated to acting now. I shall try to do acting in good story based dramas. Now I am getting positive response for acting in drama Biyainer Biye. I am hopeful about my acted those dramas which will be aired soon in different channels.”
Shakila also said that she has already finished shooting of Roni Khan directed drama Songsar Sukher Hoi Takar Gune and Mohon Ahmed directed drama Painful GF. Shakila is now studying honours in Economics at Bangladesh University of Business & Technology (BUBT). Today on YouTube channel, Lopa Hosain, Lopa and Belal Khan rendered duet song Subhan Allah’s muisc video will be released where Shakila performed as a model with film actor Kayes Arju. Recently Shakila also performed as model for Emon Khan’s song Rupa bibekta tor more gechhe.
