Ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan was adjudged the Player of the Series in the five-match Twenty20 International (T20I) series between Bangladesh and Australia at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in the city’s Mirpur on Monday. Shakib Al Hasan showed an all-round performance to clinch the award. He was also adjudged the Man of the Match in the fifth and last T20I match. Shakib is the only cricketer in the universe who crossed the 1000-run landmark and bagged 100 wickets in T20I format. Shakib scored 1758 runs and bagged 102 wickets playing 84 T20I matches.
