Ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan joined the practice session of Bangladesh Cricket team on Thursday at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka’s Mirpur. Earlier, Shakib underwent the Covid-19 test and became negative for coronavirus. Before joining the training camp of Bangladesh Cricket team, Shakib Al Hasan took part in his individual practice session in Mirpur.
Shakib Al Hasan got injury against the match of West Indies in the recently concluded ICC T20 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates. After the injury, Shakib could not take part in the first Test match against Pakistan at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram from November 26 to November 30.
The left-arm all-rounder took part at the Masco Shakib Cricket Academy to become fit for the second Test against Pakistan from December 4 to December 8.
However, when the physicians of the Team Management Committee of the BCB found that Shakib Al Hasan was totally fit, then, the Committee included him in the Bangladesh Test squad against the touring Pakistan.
The left-arm all-rounder took part in the practice session for one hour. After becoming negative for Covid-19 test, Shakib Al Hasan joined the Bangladesh squad and took part in the practice session.
