Prolific all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan failed to show notable performance for his team Melbourne Renegades against Melbourne Stars in the Big Bash League held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on Saturday. Melbourne Stars posted a thrilling three-wicket victory in their yesterday’s Twenty20 clash.
Batting first Melbourne Renegades made 153 for the loss of six wickets in the allotted 20 overs.
In reply, Melbourne Stars reached the winning spot making 154 for the loss of seven wickets when they had just three balls to spare.
Shakib Al Hasan scored only one run playing five deliveries.
Hasan claimed one wicket for 23 runs.
