Best all-rounder of world cricket Shakib Al Hasan left the city on Saturday night for West Indies to participate in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) there. Shakib Al Hasan will play for Jamaica Tallawahs in CPL.
Earlier, magical Mehedi Hasan Miraz left the city on July 27 for West Indies to play in CPL. Miraz will play for Trinbago Knight Riders in CPL.
The CPL will start on August 4 and will come to an end on September 10.
Shakib Al Hasan and Mehedi Hasan Miraz cannot play all the CPL matches because Bangladesh National Cricket team will play against Australia two Test matches and a two-day warm-up match in August-September. Shakib and Miraz will play in CPL up to August 15.
