Shakib Al Hasan in Mirpur after almost two months

Ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan arrived at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on Sunday. He came in Mirpur after almost two months. Shakib used to perform franchise based Twenty20 Cricket Tournaments. He used to take part in Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), Caribbean Premier League (CPL). Shakib Al Hasan played for Jamaica Tallawahs in CPL. Jamaica Tallawahs emerged as the champions in the recently concluded CPL. The prolific all-rounder shone with the willow and cherry. Shakib scored 160 runs with a remarkable average of 22.85. He bagged 12 wickets and his economic rate was 6.94. In the final of CPL, Shakib captured two wickets at the cost of 25 runs against Guyana Amazon Warriors.
He left the city on June 25 for West Indies to take part in the CPL. He returned home on August 12. After two days he and his family members went to Maldives for a pleasure trip.
Shakib Al Hasan returned home on Saturday last. He arrived in Mirpur on Sunday but he did not join the skill camp of National Cricket team. Head Coach of Bangladesh National Cricket team Chandika Hathurusingha has conducted the skill camp for the national cricketers.
. He passed his time by chatting with his teammates Mashrafe Bin Mortaza and Rubel Hossain.
The prolific all-rounder will join the skill camp today or tomorrow.
