Though popular TV actor Abdun Noor Shajal and popular film actress and model of present generation Airin Sultana have been engaged with showbiz for long time but they did not get the opportunity to work together except performed together in a stage show. For the first time, they performed together in a TV commercial of optical and sunglass of a new company. Belal-Imu has made the TVC, which shooting was done at Aponghor Shooting House in the capital’s Uttara area recently.
While talking about performing as model in a TVC with Airin for the first time Shajal said, “For the first time, I worked with Airin. Alhamdulillah, overall it has become a nice work. Airin is a film actress who is also sincere in her works. So, I felt comfortable to work with her in the TVC. I never felt we shared the screen for first time. Now want to see what type of response we get from the TVC after its airing.”
Airin shared her feelings by this way, “Earlier, I performed with Shajal Bhai is a stage show only. I never felt we worked together for the first time as Shajal Bhai was a very much co-operative person during shooting. We started as pair with a new work. I give thanks to the directors of this TVC to give us the opportunity to perform as model in the TVC, which will go on air soon.”
Airin also said that last week she started shooting of Riazul Riju’s new movie Black Light where Shahed Sharif Khan and Alvee are also working as her co-actors. Few days ago, she also performed as model in a TVC of a hospital.
Shajal also said that yesterday he took part in a day-long shooting of Anjan Aich directed a faction play where Prova was his co-actress.
Shajal-starrer and Nader Chowdhury directed movie Jinn is waiting to release now. Puja Cherry was his co-actress in the film. Shajal also finished shooting of Subrata Sanjeeb directed drama Obhimani with veteran actress Sharmily Ahmed. Shajal is very much satisfied to act in this drama, the actor mentioned.
