The Victory Day Tennis competition inaugurated on Saturday at the National Tennis Court Complex in the city.
State Minister for Foreign Affairs and President of Bangladesh Tennis Federation (BTF) M Shahriar Alam formally inaugurated the seven-day meet as the chief guest. Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports Arif Khan Joy was present as special guest.
A total of 200 players of men’s singles & doubles, woman’s singes & doubles, boys singles 16 year, boys’/girls, singles and doubles 14 years, boys’/girls singles 12 year and mini tennis (under-10 and under-8) are participating in the meet, organized by BTF.
