State Minister for Foreign Affairs M Shahriar Alam attended the funeral programme of former Thai King Bhumibol Adulyadej, a man revered as a demigod who became the world’s longest-reigning monarch, on Thursday.
Thai Commerce Minister received him at the airport.
Kings, Queens, Presidents and Prime Ministers of 42 countries attended the funeral programme.
Bhumibol Adulyadej, the king of Thailand, died more than a year ago – but his send-off was held on Thursday.
