From the beginning of this year, noted film actress Syeda Shahnoor has been passing busy days. Few days ago, she gave an announcement to make a
documentary on her father who was a freedom-
fighter. She has already concentrated herself to make the documentary properly. However, Shahnoor is now Film Affairs Secretary of Bangabandhu Sangskritik Jote. For this reason, she has to
participate in all programmes of this cultural alliance. Therefore, in the meantime, she has to also remain busy with shooting of TV dramas and movies.
Shahnoor informed that recently she took part in shooting of Mostafizur Rahman Manik’s government-grant movie titled Ashirbad where she played the role of a doctor. Earlier, she also acted in other government-grant movie titled Hazar Bochhor Dhore under direction of Kohinoor Akhter Suchanda. Now she has also become busy with a new project. Her many days’ dream came into true. She has formed
a foundation by her name, Shahnoor Foundation.
While talking in this regard Shahnoor said, “After many thoughts I have set up a foundation by my name. In fact, I have nothing to want now in my life. I want to work for the people now. As a heroine,
I got many loves and honours from all. So, now it is my responsibility to do something for the society and for the welfare of the people.”
Today is Shahnoor’s birthday. She will pass the day along with the street children to cut cake and to give them clothes, she also said.
Recently Shahnoor took part in Shahriar Nazim Joy hosted Channel i’s show 300 Seconds. Indubala was her acted last released movie where her acting got appreciation from the viewers. She also finished shooting of Rafique Shikder’s movie Bosonto Bikel.
