On the occasion of coming Eid-ul-Fitr, noted director Shihab Shahin has made a special drama titled Mimmi, which story is based on a family drama. Story of the drama is written by Jahan Sultana. Shooting of the drama has already done. Before birthday of popular TV actress and model Mehazabien Chowdhury on April 19, shooting of the drama was completed. Shahed Sharif Khan acted opposite Mehazabien in the drama along
with Yash Rohan. Nine years ago, Mehazabien last acted opposite Shahed in a drama. By this drama Mimmi, she again paired up with Shahed in this drama after a break of nine years. However, with Yash Rohan, Mehazabien’s first work was Sabrina. Mimmi was Yash’s second work with Mehazabien.
While sharing her feelings to work in this drama, Mehazabien said, “Mimmi has become a nice work. I like to act in different stories based projects. Mimmi is a family story based drama. I believe viewers will connect with the message which the director wanted to give before making this drama. We earlier saw that second wife means something ‘bad element’ in some cases. To marry aged someone does not take positively in the society. There are many loves around the world and second love can come into life in better way which is presented in this drama. For this reason, I have acted in this drama.
I really enjoyed acting with Shahed Bhai after many years. After Sabrina,
I worked with Yash in this drama. I hope viewers will enjoy the drama in Eid.” Mehazabien also said that Vicky Zahed directed drama Champa House will be aired on Channel i in Eid where Afran Nisho acted opposite Mehazabien. Viewers will watch her opposite Jovan in Probir Roy Chowdhury directed Eid drama titled Love VS Crush- Season-2. Opposite Khairul Basar, Mehazabien will be also seen in RTV’s Eid drama titled Ghoon, directed by Vicky Zahed.
On the other hand, Shahed Sharif Khan has completed shooting of Aruna Biswas directed movie Asombhob and Sakhawat Hossain directed movie Birangona 71.
