Pacer Shahadat Hossain will play in the ongoing AKS Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Twenty20 Cricket. Shahadat Hossain did not get any team in the ongoing BPL. He was not enlisted in Players’ Draft of the 4th Edition of BPL.
But he is bowling in the net session of Comilla Victorians at the BCB-NCA Ground. So a question has been arisen that, will Shahadat play in the BPL.
Shahadat said to a local website, ” Brother Mashrafe Bin Mortaza has given me assurance to play in his team. So, I am bowling in the net. I am trying to prepare me to play in the matches. I am getting rhythm. I am bowling well than National Cricket League.”
Shahadat Hossain and his wife was aquited from a case of torturing their housemaid on November 6.
Shahadat got injury during the second Test match between Bangladesh and Pakistan at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur last year. After that his surgery in his knee was done by Australia.
Later, He was fugitive for some time as he was accused of torturing his housemaid. Then he surrendered to the court and then he and his wife were aquited from the case.
