It has almost been 17 years since Shah Rukh Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali worked together on Devdas. The film had a fantastic run at the movies and is still considered as one of Shah Rukh’s best performances till date. After Devdas, SRK fans have been waiting to see the man collaborate with SLB again for a grand drama, but the two had several projects in the pipeline over the years. But after a wait of 17 years, SRK is all set to work on a project with Bhansali, though the two will not be acting and directing the film, respectively.
Rumour has it that two actor-director duo has reserved the name “Izhaar” with the Indian Motion Pictures Producers Association (IMPPA) and will be co-producing the film together. A source close to the producers said, “It is being said that Red Chillies Entertainment and Bhansali Productions will come together to produce the film. Shah Rukh Khan is expected to star in the movie, which will be helmed by a big director. The director has not been finalised as yet and will be done once Bhansali and Khan concur on the name.”
