Bollywood superstar, Shah Rukh Khan, donated 500 Remdesivir injections to treat patients affected by Covid-19 in Delhi. Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain thanked the actor and his NGO Meer Foundation for the gesture, reports India Today. The Delhi Health Ministry has allowed the use of Remdesivir for restricted emergency purposes in patients in the moderate stages of the Covid-19 under ‘investigational therapies’ in its Clinical Management Protocols for the disease.
