Shafiq lost 5th round in Open Chess

Shafiq Ahmed of Golden Chess Club lost to Puri Rajan of Nepal in the 5th round of Mount Gaurisankar 3rd International Open Chess Tournament-2014 is now being held at Charikot in Dolakha in Nepal.
He earned 2.5 points after the 5th round match.

Intake test of business studies of DU affiliated colleges held

The undergraduate admission test of business studies unit of Dhaka University (DU) affiliated seven colleges for 2018-19 academic year was held on Friday.The one hour long test was held at 7 centres simultaneously from 10:00 am, said a DU press release.The exam centres are- Government Titumir College, Government Bangla College, Kabi Nazrul Government College, Government Shaheed Suhrawardy College, Begum Badrunnessa Government Women’s College, Dhaka College and Eden Women’s College.
