Seven matches of the Sonali Otit Club Max Group Under 10-12 Football Festival were decided on the opening day on Saturday at the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) Artificial Turf at Motijheel in the city.
Results of the day’s matches are Shakhipur Football Academy played out to a goalless draw with Arambagh Football Academy B, Brothers Union of Narayanganj edged past Bhuiyan Football Academy 1-0, Bangladesh Sporting Club blanked Kamalapur Football Academy 3-0, Madonganj Football Academy played to a goalless draw with Farhad Srmity Football Academy, Assaduzamman Football Academy played out to a goalless draw with Monem Munna Srmity FA, Arambagh Football Academy A defeated Poersun Football Academy 3-0 and Tota Sporting Club beat Zahid Srmity Sangshad by a solitary goal.
Earlier, BFF president Kazi M Salahuddin formally inaugurated the meet as the chief guest.
